Bob is a highly experienced financial leader with over 35 years of progressive experience in financial management and manufacturing operations. He has a diverse background in cost-to-supply optimization, as well as extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, including financial analysis and negotiations. Bob currently leads our finance teams.

A seasoned innovator with over 25 years of experience, Tobias is a force in engineering, product development, and marketing. He’s a proven product launch expert, bringing a multitude of successful innovations to market across diverse channels, including retail, hardware, construction, and e-commerce. At Chapin, he is instrumental in leading our Engineering, Quality, and R&D Testing teams, guaranteeing that our products not only meet but exceed our rigorous quality standards. His attention to the consumer’s needs is the driving force behind Chapin’s continued excellence.

Brandon is a sales powerhouse, a true titan of industry with over 20 years of experience conquering diverse market segments. He deftly leads our sales, customer service, and technical support teams, fueled by a passion for forging solid relationships. From the initial handshake to ongoing technical support, Brandon is dedicated to building lasting connections with our sales representatives, customers, and end-users alike, propelling Chapin sales to unprecedented heights.

Vince’s relationship with Chapin spans over 25 years, evolving from valued vendor to dynamic Marketing Director. With a remarkable 38+ years of creative and marketing experience, and a diverse portfolio of B2C and B2B clientele, he now leads our marketing, design, and e-commerce teams. Vince has been a driving force behind Chapin’s impressive growth and market expansion, playing a key role in the continued elevation of the Chapin brand.

Lena’s journey with Chapin began 20 years ago, and her trajectory has been nothing short of stellar. After excelling as Chapin’s Director of Asian Operations, she now commands the global stage as Vice President, overseeing all international business across the Americas and Asia. It’s Lena’s team, working in lockstep with our engineering and production teams, that drives Chapin’s supply chain, guaranteeing on-time, in-full deliveries all-of-the-time.

LaRae is a true champion of human resources, bringing over 20 years of diverse HR experience to Chapin. She expertly leads the human resources team across all Chapin locations, fostering a thriving work environment. Beyond her contributions to Chapin, LaRae’s leadership shines as President of the GLOW Area Personnel Association, and she’s an active member of both the BNHRA and SHRM, demonstrating her commitment to the HR profession.

Bill’s journey at Chapin is a true testament to dedication and growth, beginning over 35 years ago on the production line. His steady rise through the ranks, mastering every challenge along the way, has propelled him to his current position as Vice President, Operations. Now, he commands the Batavia facility, overseeing all production and quality. A firsthand witness to Chapin’s explosive growth, Bill continues to be a driving force, relentlessly championing process improvements and propelling the company to even greater heights.
