Chapin has 4 levels of warranties on our products: 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, and limited lifetime warranties. Parts and certain accessories do not have warranties. Check our Warranty page for an explanation of each warranty level. Your warranty will be listed on your packaging and/or product manual. Please register your product after purchase to access your warranty.

“Limited” means Chapin’s warranties do not cover any damage or defect due to or resulting from transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, failure to perform recommended preventative maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, alteration or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. We also do not cover standard parts that are under normal wear, like pumps, batteries, wands, nozzles, shut-off valves, etc.

No, we don’t warranty products that are purchased from eBay, Amazon Warehouse, Facebook and Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, Craigslist, Alibaba, Temu, Shein, garage sales, friends, auctions, and auction websites, and any other private and third-party selling seller or sites. When you purchase items from these sites or locations, we can’t guarantee the product is new, or was even delivered to the retailer, from us. If you purchase from any of these places and wish to refurbish a Chapin product, our technical team can certainly assist and give you a quote on parts. If you don’t see your product listed on our website or at a certified retailer, our order team can assist you.
